This flat iron was great for 3 months. Then it just quit working. I didn’t drop it or do anything damaging to it. I just plugged it in one morning and nothing. This is very disappointing and I can’t get a refund because it’s been over a month.

I love it

This is definitely the smallest hair straightener I've ever used, its very thin and narrow, but don't let that fool you, this little wand straightens hair just as good as the next guy. It came packaged like a present, very nice packaging and presentation. I do really like the addition of the heat mat, I typically just set it on my dresser so having that protection is a plus. I also think its very attractive looking, matches well. The straightener itself like I said is small but mighty. I find it light in weight and easy to handle and manage. I do use smaller sections because my old straightener was wider. I wouldn't say this is a single pass hair straightener, at least not for my hair, but I have wavy/curly hair. It heats up quickly and has pretty self explanatory adjustments. I had never heard of this brand before but after using the hair straightener, I definitely was looking at what other products this line offers because it was really good quality. The plates glide through my hair and don't pull. It does get really hot so be careful not to burn yourself holding on to the end.
