I usually buy this brand of eBay but the seller stopped selling them. I do these the day after my period never had a problem. Feel clean tight and fresh. Can cause a bit of cramping like period feel but I was ok and purged.

Please don't waste your money not easy to use not comfortable while in use smell awful. Expensive an left me sore an made it worse not better. Bought a pharmacy Pessary that had an applicator that was cheaper an cleared the problem in 48hrs. Don't waste your money. If we were meant to be putting so called herbs up their we'd of been doing it for yrs. Frankly they looked an smelt like little sacks of pot pourrie.

The delivery time was excellent, and the packaging was secure.
1. Wash your hands and open the foil bag. 2. Fully unravel the string at the stem of the tampon. 3. Insert the tampon inside the vagina approximately 7cm deep. 4. After 72 hours, remove the pearl by pulling on the string and discard. 5. Allow 24 hours before inserting the next tampon. 6. For best results, use all tampons with 24h breaks, but it's also possible to use 1 or 2 pearls at a time as needed. 7. Don't use during period, pregnancy or sex. 8. English instructions are included.
