I ordered this as I find grout gets very dirty on my floor so needed the scrub brush part. This works well but when mop turned over ( sponge side down) it sits a bit high so I cannot get up close to my cupboards near to the kick boards which is a bit frustrating and although absorbent it doesn’t squeeze the sponge very tightly so it still holds a lot of water.. so I go over the floor with another mop to dry it better.... but great to scrub grout without bending

I really found this mop easy to use and I am very pleased with the results.

Good at first, then when needed a new sponge , couldn’t get one,.

Very disappointing. It just doesn't pick up the water. The sponge may work ok on a different surface but on a textured wetroom floor it is no good.

On the whole I found the mop very easy to use on the inside of the conservatory roof.The extension handle proved to be very useful.

When it arrived I was delighted. Quick and easy to use, leaving floors almost dry. BUT after a short period the sponge failed, fell apart. I complained, this is described as for commercial use yet I have a small apartment. They sent me a replacement. And now, after just 4 weeks, using it maybe 12 times, the same thing has happened again.I have used no chemicals, just water, on tiled floors.I suspect the stock is old.VERY DISAPPOINTED.
