Lots of Information To Share
The new oven works well, but it was obvious that the unit I received had been previously returned. The steel shelves were jammed in tight backwards and the LP conversion kit bag was previously opened. Luckily nothing was missing that I’m aware of, but I had to fish out some of the small conversion parts out of the oven bottom with small pliers and sticky tape. It bothered me because I paid full price for what I now believe to be a returned unit; and that’s why I just gave it a 3 rating. The unit comes setup for natural gas, so you must change the orifices on both upper & lower burners for propane. The orifices are tiny & non-magnetic and easily lost or dropped down inside the unit. It’s much easier to accomplish this task with the oven door removed. The door is heavy, so be careful doing this. Place a towel down in the bottom of the oven, so you don’t lose the orifices. The orifices are located between the inner & outer oven casings, so I also used a folded half circle “post-it” note paper just in case I dropped one. That way it would roll out onto the towel. This is a tedious task because the orifices are tiny and non-magnetic. If you don’t think you can do this on your own, then call a professional installer. Also, be very careful removing the igniter assemblies and proof of flame sensors on both burners, because the burners must be removed to get access to the orifices. Also, the gas regulator orifice must be reversed for propane fuel. The oven is heavy, so seek additional help lifting & fitting it into the cabinet. Reinforce the cabinet to carry this much weight. Place the unit up onto a test stand before installation for a trial run and check for gas leaks before installation into the cabinet. The regulator at the rear of the oven is a casting, so don’t tighten the gas connections too tight to prevent cracking the regulator. Always check for leaks with soapy water before installation into the cabinet and tighten all outer casing factory fasteners or the oven fan will make the outer casing vibrate & noisy. Use sealer tape suitable for NG & LP gases on ALL male threaded connections. I guess overall, I’m happy with it, but the instructions leave a lot to be desired and self experience is an absolute must. Just sharing my notes and hope this helps. After talking with the original supplier, I changed my rating to 5 stars. Again, hope my review & notes help other buyers.

There is no temperature gauge
There is no temperature gauge. There are no bells or whistles that alert when it's at the right temperature. It's too shallow for a standard sized frozen pizza. It has two settings for the light or the light with fan (convection). It holds my commercial half sheet baking pans or a 25lb turkey easily. The bottom is too hot and the top is too cold. I had to learn the heat patterns. Don't think you can 'set it and forget it' with this oven. Once you smell something burning, it's too late. Keep an eye on it. The roll out shelf is a nice feature, especially when I have to lift something heavy out of the oven. I had a problem with the thermostat and had a problem finding a technician to fix it. I love this oven, it was a gift and it works well. This was Christmas dinner.

A couple Issues
I have had two of these ovens for several months now. They both heat well and structurally appear good quality. Two issues I have with both ovens is that when turning them on it takes several tries to ignite the burner. The igniter will time out and I will have to turn the knob off and back on again, sometimes 3 or 4 times. My second issue is the amount of heat the oven puts into the house. It has a vent above the handle of the oven door and the heat pours out of it. Idk if this is how all gas ovens work but it seems inefficient to lose that much heat consistently and its not great in the summer when your AC is trying to compete.

Great builtin gas oven
Looks great and was easy to install.Reaches the desired temperatures fast and cooks evenly.Verona is a big brand of high-end gas appliances in Europe. Being from Europe I had no doubts that we are making the right decision purchasing one in the US.It is simply great. It was delivered fast and without issues.I had a few questions from the customer service about the delivery. They were very responsive and accommodating.
