Really nice heavy duty commercial like stapler. Well worth the price.
This is an awesome heavy duty stapler. It works great for super heavy duty work. It's not your common household stapler. I love the extra tongue if needed, though I haven't use it yet. This is definitely a commercial stapler. I can staple cardboard boxes down flat for disposable. I have use it to attached canvas to canvas. It is a really nice stapler to have around for tough jobs. You do have to purchase special heavy duty staplers made for this stapler, of course the staples have to be heavy duty also. That is also well worth the price when needed for tuff jobs.

Staples corrugated cardboard boxes
I bought this as a simple solution to staple corrugated boxes that weren't staying together with simple folding (as they were supposed to). It's working fine for that task. I'm stapling through 4 layers of simple mailing box.

Rugged.
It fits the job that a normal stapler can't do. Holds a variety of materials firmly.

Better built than Arrow. Staples are not common in most stores.
Order enough staples with this stapler unless you know where to buy the proper ones that fit. It will not accept T50 type staples. That being said, this stapler is very comfortable and robustly built and clinches the staples very consistently.

Perfect for my application
After looking of this style of stapler at the big box stores, will no luck. This product worked perfect for sealing up seed corn bags that were open and not used in spring planting.

Far exceeded expectations
I purchased the 1/2 inch staples and was surprised at the utility of a plier type stapler. Unless one is closing many cardboard type packages I would say the 3/8 staples would be sufficient for most needs. Immediately ordered another stapler for the workshop. Sword anvil just what was needed though for easier jobs the straight anvil better and avoids holes from carelessness while stapling. Now have one each setup--should have ordered years ago.

Only if you're super strong
Stapler jammed and failed 3 out of every 4 tries, even with considerable muscle. A staple was consumed with each failure and would have to be manually dug out of the stapler with pliers and more muscle.Sadly, I hadn't tried out the stapler within the return window so I can't get a refund. I recommend you look elsewhere.
