Outstanding!
I don't give reviews often, if at all, but Leather Milk No. 4 did an outstanding job on my leather interior. My center console was covered in 2 years of dirt, sweat and body oils but after 5 minutes of rubbing the leather milk on, the leather looked brand new, soft and with little sheen (still working out the creases in the driver seat). And while the scent is actually very soft, pleasant and one that I wouldn't mind if it lingered (trust me, my nose is extremely discriminatory), it fades very rapidly and is imperceptible within a day. Depending on how soiled your leather is and how frequently you have people in the back seat (I'm single and rarely have people in the back) there's enough product to do the entire interior one to three times. Definitely worth the expense.

Not Magic, But Pretty Darn Good
My spouse's family member spilled red ice-cream on my Volkswagen CC's rear leather armrest, had it been anyone else I'd holler at them for eating ice-cream back there! After going unnoticed for about two weeks until I got around to cleaning the interior. When I finally saw the spill, you could see the exact large drop size that had fallen, as it kept its shape but had sadly had time to bleed into the two inches around the drip. Now, when I finally found it, aside from being furious, I removed the remaining drip. What was left was a perfect circle ring surrounded by leather with the red ice cream's bleed stain. I tried my Armor-All wipes, and the result was a shiny stain. Next, I tried dish-washing detergent, that did nothing more than remove the shine from my Armor-All. After glaring at the stain, I started researching the best auto leather cleaner and found Chamberlain's Auto Refreshener. While I applied it to the stain, it did not give much effect at first. I was rather annoyed that I spent a small fortune on the bottle but proceeded to wipe down the remainder of my leather. The smell is fresh, yet not fragrant to bother one's allergies, and left a pleasing aroma for a day or so. After drying the Leather did look refreshed, yet slightly darker. The stain remained, but it was far less than original. Unless I point it out, most don't event see it. If you wear glasses, you definitely won't as I eventually showed the family member, and they were blind to it. I would use it again, but don't expect it to be magic: determined, well-set stains will be stains.

Like this product
I have never had an issue with this but you may want to test it on a small hidden portion of leather.

5 Star Product from a 5 Star Company
This stuff worked wonders on thirteen year old leather seats in my truck. Having many forms of dirt and grim embedded in the seat I was skeptical about how well it would actually work, if it would succeed where other had failed. To my amazement, it did a stellar job, so good in fact I invested in their footwear care products and was equally impressed. Obviously, the seats don't look like they did the day they rolled out of the factory, no product is going to be able to attain that standard. Chamberlains is able to get a "deeper" clean then most major brand leather cleaners did on my seats. There will always be that deep seeded dirt that will never get removed, this product was able to get remove everything down to that level though.

Removed grime baked on by the hot Hawaiian sun
My boyfriend has a 2010 Honda Civic that is constantly exposed to the intense sun here in Hawaii. He rarely cleans it, and the leather on the steering wheel was turning gray because of the accumulated salt, oil and dirt build up from his sweaty palms. He asked me what to use and I found this product on Amazon and thought I'd give it a shot.I used a microfiber cloth and, although I did need to rub it a bit, it seems to have cleaned the leather and conditioned it, all in one step. I couldn't believe how easily it removed the grime. The leather was already a little cracked, but you can't really tell by looking at it because it is so well conditioned.I applied it also to the vinyl in the car, and it seemed to clean it equally well. I like that the surfaces look clean, but are not overly shiny. This is important because I used it on the dashboard, and I wouldn't want it to cause any excessive glare. The true test of this product will be to see how it performs over time, but I am loving it so far. The company really seems to strive to improve as they sent me an email to see how I liked their product. Great product from a great company.

Super Happy with this Leather Conditioner!!
I was very happy with this Chamberlain's Leather Conditioner. I wanted something natural that wouldn't stink or pollute my environment. This Leather Milk has a light, pleasant scent, not overpowering, and it seems to fade pretty quickly. I recently purchased a 5 year old car with leather seats and wanted to clean and condition them. This Chamberlain's Leather Milk seemed to do the trick. The applicator pad was actually quite dirty when I finished using it. So I am happy I cleaned the seats with this high quality conditioner/cleaner. The black leather stain only got onto the pad 1 time. Hopefully this conditioner helped seal whatever section wasn't sealed well. The rest of the stuff on the pad was brown dirt, yuck!I paid $17.95 + tax for this 6 oz bottle. I expect it will last me at least 5-6 cleaning/conditionings, which is not bad for a natural cleaner. Thank you, Chamberlain's, for this great product!! :-)

Even my wife noticed!
I am not known by my family for spending a lot of time and attention on my cars. But it was looking pretty bad even by my standards! I had been so pleased by the other Chamberlain products that I thought I would give their #4 a try. It was very easy to apply, worked instantly and smelled great when I had finished. It immediately gave my car that detailed look! My wife even noticed! I was especially pleased that it removed the light scratches that were on the passenger side dashboard that seems to double as a footrest. Another great product from Chamberlain, thanks!
