Taste great.
I like these when I've run out of fresh garlic. They're great to add to ramen and stir-fry, soups etc. Also good sprinkled on top of salads...but watch your teeth!

Game changer
Omg I brought these from Turkey when I went on holiday. Loved them so much I looked on amazon to see if they sold them and to my amazement they did 👍 great dont have to cut up garlic no more. I've even crushed them and put in my home made beefburgers . Deffo recommended

Not Worth Buying
Handy as they are dried garlic pieces but I dislike the cloying and rather artificial taste . Shall only use fresh garlic from now on

Some undeclared drying agent or preservative?
Does this have any? I'm not sure because it has an unfamiliar tang when tasted in its own. I'm not sure

quality
came very fast. like the flakes can be rehydrated. i buy and use lots garlic, these have great taste and very easy to use. they are probably the best i have bought and will be re-ordering when needed
