It’s a big old beast that looks like an R2 unit. Once you screw the wheels on, the rest is pretty straightforward. It really does suck, and though cumbersome, it does the job. Not tried the water version yet, but I paid £111, which was a bargain.

Bought this vacuum in December'23 for a house renovation. It is certainly is a good vacuum with some punch as it has lifted wood shavings, saw dust, brick and plater debris. However the filter doesn't seem to last, I have used the original filter that was supplied with the product and purchased two additional filters from UK Planet Tools. During the maintenance / replacement of all three filters I noticed that the rubber seal that surrounds the half turn plastic retaining plug have perished on the filters. TM-HEPA35P Filters for this vacuum are very scarce, Tough Master stock says available but when you go to buy, they are out of stock. Tough Master's preferred supplier of the filters UK Planet Tools are also out of stock. I have no luck of sourcing the filters elsewhere online. I would have given this product 5 stars if the replacement filters were readily available. So as it stands, the Tough Master is sitting idle in a corner and being replaced with a similar vacuum capacity where filters are widely available.

Not so great don't bother.Difficult customer service and wouldn't accept that their product is faulty and expect the return to be in perfect condition. If I knew the product would be faulty why on earth would I bother ordering it in the first place. What a logic. In the end thanks to Amazon for their a to z guarantee offer.

Hovering the floor good on wet and dry

I use it mainly for chimney and stove and it works well . Only prob. I lost the long nozzle and cannot get a spare

Sturdy enough for what we needed it for, cleaned out bottom of pool easily, saved a lot of time. Instructions could do with being more clear

Within first day of use the main switch broke, requiring multiple attempts to turn on.The separate built in plug failed within days.The motor burnt out within a month.Manufacturer and seller refused to help, each forwarding issues to each other.Left with a large plastic bin on wheels.My advice is avoid this product, spend a little more and get a machine that will last.
