Slightly different than the pump that came on my 1995 JD 345 Kawasaki FD590V 18 hp
This pump has 3 hose connection, while the original had only 2 (from the tank, and to the carb). The 3rd connection appears to be just a vent, as the John Deere schematic simple shows a short piece of hose connected to that 3rd connection. So, I added a 6" piece of hose and vented it below the frame. The pump works fine, and it's easy to change. Be sure to replace the fuel filter while you are at it. Saves about $100 over the JD part.
