Should these be washed before use? In the pack received there are a lot of lose fibres on every cloth and not sure if this is to be expected?

I don't recall excessive loose fibers on mine, but I'd always wash these before using. They seem to wash and tumble dry quite well, no significant shrinkage etc, normally I line dry on a sock rack. No bald patches a year of so on. Planning on buying more shortly.

Do they have a hanging tag?
