Q: I ordered a pair of black/grey boots. However, the boots inside the box are green. Box label shows black/dark grey.

If you hate green you can always send them back.

You should not need protective spray on a new pair of boots! These leaked on the first wear! I did use spray after that (NikWax) but they continued to let water on. Now the good bit, they are very comfortable out of the box and I still use them in dry weather without any problems but they are now showing signs of wear, more than I would have thought.

Grangers footwear cleaner or NikWax footwear cleaning gel. Don't use soap or washing powder as the boots will froth up when raining!

Q: my boots have split in two places on the right boot. How do I get a refund/replacement?

If your within your 180 days limit go to your orders and you’ll find the details of the vendor that you can get in contact with to resolve the issue if they agree to exchange you’ll have to return them and then get refunded and reorder them.
