I purchased a Carlsbro octapad a and used only 5 times and yesterday (28/1/2024) The screen turned up with a white display and no booting up happened tried turning off and again turned on but still the issue didn’t got fixed up for this brand there is only one service centre they asked to share a video and invoice of the product post that they said to bring the product and its been 2 days since i handed the product and no response and after me calling them and asking when i will get the product they are stating it will take 1 month totally fed up better go for some other brands rather than this useless product
