I love these swatch cards. It's a quick way to see the colors of the markers I have when I'm looking for a specific shade. It's an easy way to check what colors I have to avoid duplicating purchases. It allows you to see colors with one layer, two layers and three layers of the color. I wish all art materials had this kind of swatching kit.

Having all the colors on the cards is the #1 strength of these cards.a. You know what you are missing at a glanceb. You know what the final result is from 1, 2 or 3 coverings of a colorc. You can hold colors from different charts next to each other to see if your selection works.You should practice before using the cards to make sure you can put the entire chisel end down and have the entire chisel touching the grid to get the best results. I didn't, so that's my tip.
