I am a scale modeler and model railroader. I am constantly looking for vision aides for closeup work. I find this system overall useful with the lens assortment, though some may be overkill. A “medium” magnification lens allows me a decent distance at which to work, paint, etc. But some of the higher magnification lenses require the lens to be practically up against the work in order to focus. This can be a bit problematic. We are still getting acquainted, so it’s a work in progress. I’m giving it five stars for the lens selection and LED lighting included, but some of the extreme lenses may be a bit cumbersome to work with. Recommended.

Comfortable, good variety of magnification options. Really…if you have a normal size head, they sit almost unnoticeable. FYI they are not meant to use both eye pieces at the same time. That’s not how this type of thing works. You can get away with it at the minimum magnification but that’s it. Don’t expect dual eye microscope…not supposed to be.Cheap. But worth the low price. Eye pieces come in a decent case and there are two eye piece holders, one for each eye. YES, the higher magnification you use, the closer your face needs to get to what you are looking at. At the highest magnification, it will seem like you are putting it inside your eye. That too is normal for something like this.Did I mention these are cheap? No metal anywhere. But that’s ok. The eye pieces fit well with a little twist, the holders stay up when you want them to, the LEDs work but I don’t think they have the longevity of a lot of use given their plastic makeup. But we will see. I 100% do not regret the purchase.I really like these. The 4 stars is because mine came opened. In the picture it looks like a toddler with a razor sneezed in the middle of opening it. That said, no dirt, fingerprints, or other sign of previous use are apparent. So..I keep them, but shame on the seller for sending these.

Works great for using to paint tiny warhammer figurine details, according to my grandson. Hands free for my many detailed crafting as well

It's a low quality plastic framed item. The lenses are decent for most work but cannot be used for full binocular/ stereo vision. They don't adjust for the width between the eyes.

Do not order this. It is a sham.

This loupe actually works! It's made of flexible, lightweight plastic, but functions well and is as described, better than expected at this price. The actual lenses are very clear and seem to be made of glass, or at least a good quality polycarbonate.

The construction of these glasses is terrible. The alignment of the lens holders is so bad you can only use one lens because your eyes will battle for focus.

Does what it says it does and does it well for an affordable price
