Mavic Air Aircraft Only, White, Replacement for Crash Lost DJI Mavic Air Drone Body(Excludes Remote Controller, Battery, Charger, Props and Accessories)

I have ordered this exact replacement drone twice now (I crashed again haha). The first one was white like my original and this time they sent me an onyx black model. I don't care what color it is (and actually prefer black myself) but they do not caution you of this! If the color matters to you be aware that it could come in either color without any warning when you order.

Drone arrived fine, but was a bit dirty. When I went to use the drone it would not calibrate and it appears the IMU is faulty. I am sending it back and will update this review after I see how the customer service is when getting me a working unit

The media could not be loaded. Crashed my drone into a tree and needed a quick replacement for a trip. Ultimately ended up returning as DJI’s repair cost was reasonable but the bird worked FLAWLESSLY from delivery. 0 transmission issues, even in the mountains of Alabama and it came in spotless and ready for activation and DJI Care refresh. Does not come with a battery or controller as mentioned but syncs up quickly with existing accessories. 10/10 Definitely would purchase again!

- I bought this drone (from the US) as a replacement to the one I crashed. Unfortunately, almost every time I fly it, I lose transmission with the drone & have almost lost it 568 times.- Seller will charge you for return postage if you believe equipment is faulty,- The seller suggested that it may be my RC, but I also bought that from the US.The seller stated that they would inspect the drone, but I would have to pay for it to be shipped to the USA & back again to Australia costing me $3467654.Warming:: If you buy anything from this seller, expect the to be charged for return shipping costs, even if product is defective.- Don’t rely on Amazon to assist you, they have changed & appear to back the sellers decisions.- It’s unfortunate that Amazon has changed the way they treat their customers & allow the seller to make such decisions.- Previously, Amazon have paid for shipping, but those days are gone.- Be very cautious when buying from this seller and Amazon. I know that I will be less likely to buy anything from the USA & even Amazon Australia.- Amazon has made so much money that they have changed so many rules that used to be good for the customer!- Perhaps Amazon & this Seller will one day remember that it is THE CUSTOMER THAT IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND THE ONES THAT PAY MONEY TO MAKE AMAZIN SUCCESSFUL AND ALLIW SELLERS TO MAKE MONEY!

Faulty IMU will not calibrate and gimbal is not functioning correctly
