This item is not compatible with the Yoga 720. This item has a usb type c connection. Look at your connection type of your laptop, its either a barrel ( round) or a slim tip

yes , the sealed lenovo retail box will come with the 45w usb type c ac adapter and the power cord with the 2 pin plug, All Lenovo ac adapters come with a 2 pin power cord plug not a 3 pin , 3 pin is a red flag to it not being genuine - make sure the packaging is original and factory sealed - fyi
