Agstum Small Round Non-Prescription Eyeglasses Frame Clear Lens 37mm (X-small Size)

These agstum glasses are awesome…just the right size…very sturdy with a handsome case and cleaning cloth.I would definitely order from this company again.

I bought these frames and had prescription lenses installed. So far, I am incredibly impressed with the style and quality of the frames, especially for $15.00. I think the 37mm lenses look great in the classic retro Teddy Roosevelt/John Lennon style. Be advised however, that in addition to small lenses, the overall frame size is also pretty small. I measure the total width (arm to arm) at ~120mm. And the arm length, as advertised, is only 137mm. My face is probably medium-large. So, the frame fits me quite snugly which is okay since I like a tight fit. But this may not be comfortable for some. The width of the frame is narrower than my face. So, the arm spring hinges flex outward slightly when I'm wearing the glasses. We'll see how long the spring hinges last. The frames seem very well made. Heck, I figure for $15 each I can buy several for the same price as a normal frame. And if the frame breaks, I can swap the lenses into a spare frame. One item of note that the optician pointed out is that with round lens frames, it's possible for the lenses to rotate if they're not installed tight. If you have progressive or bifocal lenses and they rotate, this will obviously mess up your vision. Hope my review helps you decide.Update. I've been wearing a pair of these glasses for around 9 months now and I'm very happy with them. Despite the spring hinges flexing outward slightly, they have not failed.A recommendation for the manufacturer. I think you should add a new model with the X-small size lenses. But make the frame the size of the "small" round glasses with the 42mm lenses. This new model would have the 37mm lenses with 135mm arms, 18 mm bridge, and extended frame pieces on the outsides of the lenses to the stem. The extensions should be of a length to make the total width of the glasses the same as the width of the 42mm lens "small" round glasses. This would allow folks with a normal, medium size head to wear a more comfortable pair of glasses with the 32mm lenses. I would sure purchase a pair.

My face is small. Most frames that fit my face are astronomically expensive. These are great value and I can put my own lenses in them.

I’ve literally looked for years for metal-framed glasses with small round lens each time I have gotten new frames. Usually, what stores call round is a rounded oval and what is called small is medium at best. In fact, the majority of the round glasses described as small here on Amazon could only qualify as small on a really large face (the lens mostly range in size from 43-49mm).During my first search on Amazon, I somehow missed these, so I looked elsewhere and found a pair with 40mm lens (the smallest I had seen at that point) and gave them a try. Nope, still not the look I wanted. I decided to try Amazon one more time and found these. Perfection. Not only is the size exactly what I want, but the frame is available in gunmetal gray (bright silver was the only option for other pair I bought.) I’ve purchased expensive gunmetal frames in optical shops, so I speak with experience when I say that these frames look like I bought them in one of those shops. Plus, they come with a hard shell case for good protection. (Those others came with a thin fabric drawstring bag.) The lens, likewise, are a fine quality (no waves, distortions or scratches).I’m attaching photos of both pairs of glasses so that you can see what a difference in appearance just three millimeters makes and so that you can see that they fit an adult-sized head just fine, despite the note in the product description that indicates this frame size (x-small) is more fit for kids or a small face. (I put them on my wig dummy to take the picture and that dummy head is even a bit wider than my face which is average sized for a female and many men.)Overall, I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about these glasses. If you want the John Lennon look, these are the frames for you. Most of other frames described as having small round lens are really going to create the oversized hippie look...unless you have a really large head.

Very pleased with these glasses they seem sturdy enough and seem made well to me although their small they fit me because I have a small head I liked the look so much that I ordered another pair with prescription lenses which I'm waiting for still hey they aren't expensive but for price you get alot why not give em try if they don't fit you I'm sure you can always find someone that will appreciate them

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these frames. I thought paying $12 to $13 for gold frames was absurb .. low. Upon reciept, they exceed expectations. They aren't designer glasses or the quality of $500 glasses, but I set my $500 pair next to these and asked some friends what they thought were the best. 35% thought the Agstum, $12.50 glasses were the better ones.Time will tell. I'm going ahead and have Rx lenses installed and I'll see how long they last ... if I remember to.

I purchased similar Glasses over 10 years ago and been trying to find backup Glasses. Never found them anywhere until now. I bought 4 all together. At 71, I hope to have a life time supply. No problem having my prescription put in. The only sad thing is, I had to get them from China. Very good quality second to none. Good and decent delivery time.

I was very happy with these glasses. They fitted my son who is aged 13. They are of good quality and a very good fit. Their description matched the 'real thing'. He is now awaiting getting his lenses put into them. They came before the promised date. I would definitely buy another pair. They were an excellent price.
