Artist's Loft Watercolors Pan Set 28 Color

I have seen this same brand of paints in department and art stores at similar prices. I tried them and liked them. I have used very expensive professional paints that have a higher archival quality but these rich bright and creamy watercolors are fun for practice and whimsical painting. They are nice for projects like cards and notes.

I was disappointed in this set. I have been a painter for years and just beginning in watercolor. I do alot of mixing of colors and the colors in this box are just awful. There are no true colors of primary. The best way for me to describe these paints for anyone who want to paint landscapes or realistic paintings is to skip this. These are more like fantasy colors for children's rooms or cartooning. Also found them kind of chalky. I wasted money on these

These are for my daughter and she loves them. Only complaint is that they run out fast.
