I've bought it a few times for parents now. It's a little pricey here, but it's become almost impossible to find it locally nowadays, even in old shops.It's great quality, clean product. Keeps bowels moving in severe constipation.

The media could not be loaded. Very good for constipation, I am using it from 3 months, I will have it after food.How to use : take a glass of water and add 1-2 tablespoons of isabgol. Soak it for an 1 hour, and have it after food
