Exactly as described
I have very dry, sensitive skin, and this product works very well for me. I use it mainly on my legs, but it could be applied elsewhere (except the face). While other products are difficult to apply unless my skin is damp, this goes on very smoothly. Also, this product relives dryness without leaving any oily residue, like so many others do. Highly recommended.
