I've been a professional artist for over 22 years. Having used Williamsburg oil paints for quite some time (over a decade)I can assure you that they are fantastic paints. Excellent consistency. Excellent performance. Beautiful depth to their colors. They really know what they are doing when it comes to making oil paints. I'd go so far as to say they make an art of it. Purchase with confidence.

I'm a huge fan of Williamsburg paint. It's such a treat to work with. This color is a necessity on my palette. I use it for painting fresh green leaves but also skin tones. It's magical mixed with pinks. You only need a tiny bit bc it's so pigmented so it's a great value.

With oil paints, the adage “you get what you pay for” is really true. The better paints may be a bit pricier but you literally end up using less. They have higher pigment saturation & the colors really show it.This is a lovely, natural looking green with a fresh zing to it. Williamsburg is one of the top manufacturers in high quality paints. You really can’t go wrong. They are trustworthy & meticulous with their quality. You are not paying for fillers, or enhancers to stretch out the pigments and add to their profits - strictly pigment and oil (usually linseed unless noted)I have yet to be disappointed.

This was an expensive little tube of oil paint, but the perfect spring green for highlights. I read about it on an art survey and was surprised to find it on Amazon! Yay! When you are plein aire painting sometimes a convenient color is a great help!!!

Recently tried a small test tube and like it so much ordered larger. This is a really nice green -- nice punch of color.

I bought this color on the recommendation of a fellow artist who taught college level art classes. I am happy to have it in my collection if oils. Williamsburg makes very good oil paints.
