I bought this Premier Protein 8 Flavor Variety Pack for my teenage son, who's a multi-sport athlete and needs more protein than what kids’ shakes like Orgain or Carnation provide. He’s also very picky, so finding something he’ll actually drink—and that I can subscribe to on Amazon—has been a bit of a challenge.This variety pack was perfect for testing the waters. His top pick? Peaches and Cream, with Banana close behind. He did enjoy all the flavors he tried (surprisingly). Yes, this is a tad expensive for 8 bottles, but I bought these specifically for the purpose of trying multiple flavors so I could figure out which ones I like and which ones to avoid. No, I won’t reorder because I can buy them cheaper elsewhere in the flavors I prefer. I keep these chilled, but in the case that I need to drink one over ice, these are better suited for that than another brand I’ve tried which was so much thicker that at least a couple ounces stuck to the ice to the point that I couldn’t get all of it. These are more like milk so didn’t have that problem over ice. Like I said, the price is not ideal for long term purchasing, but it served its intended purpose.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:we ordered a variety after the first time and it really worked out so great I liked about half of the flavors and my husband like the other half of the flavors…so, win -win!!!

Love these bad boys! The texture is nice but I personally am sensitive to textures, so it varies, and it doesn’t make lactose sensitive stomachs upset. It tastes amazing, each and every flavor! It can definitely help or go very well in place of a breakfast.

These shakes are excellent for a snack in between meals. Better to drink when chilled. I like the varieties. I recommend the vanilla and chocolate. The nutritional content is great too.
