Over-top-practical! I put together a briefing for military personnel about overcoming Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs). Numerous friends have bought the book. Wish I had read this years ago. Would be great for teaching children at an early age how to deal with stress and anxiety.

Excellent and easy to read tips on how not to be an anxious banana.. arrived promptly, and this is a very small book so it can be easily transported in a bag or purse, if wanted. The author has a lot of experience in his field and puts a lot of info in this book .. very satisfied with purchasing this book.

There are so many books on the market about anxiety, but this one has a lot of scientific and solution oriented information. Unlike the other ones that are more philosophical and tell you, “Hey just don’t worry OK ha ha eveeything is totally fine”.
