Highly Recommend!
I purchased both the Ironclad EXOT-GBLK-23-M Women's Tactical Operator Grip Glove and the other ladies' range glove that does not have the silicone grip. I am using both pairs in my work at the range as an instructor. I like these for non-slip in wet conditions (rain, snow) because I know my hold is secure. For ladies - if you are still wearing men's gloves, do yourself a favor and order a pair of one of this company's gloves designed for women. All of the ladies in my range group have purchased pairs in their size and absolutely love them!!!

TOO THICK…BUT GREAT FOR SMALL HANDS/SHORT FINGERS
I’ve been looking for gloves to use on the gun range and was hoping these would be like a second skin. I have small hands, short fingers (female) and so as far as size goes, these were great with regards to fit (I actually tried two different sizes), but unfortunately they’re too thick of a glove affecting the dexterity of the trigger finger.

The gloves had a very great grip but about a month into using them, a small hole started to form in the pointer finger and it got bigger and bigger as time went on. Overall, great quality and fast service!

Great tactile ability yet durable
As a women with small hands it is a challenge finding quality gloves. As a homeowner, do it myself type, I need durable gloves that allow me to function with strength and yet be able to feel what I'm grasping.I finally found a product that meets my needs.

Couldnt get my hand inside the glove
Nice gloves, however, I couldnt fit my hands into the glove. Only conclusion was that these gloves are designed for very very small hands. normally a small will fit but this size small was unbelievably tight and smaller than expected. returning this pair and probably reorder for a medium size.

Smaller, Female Officers-Check These Out!
Petite female with small hands. It is difficult for me to find search gloves that are small enough not to be cumbersome during my tour. These will fit the smallest hands. Not too bulky, either, so I can still feel objects through them.
