No, it has one metal piece you bend to fit your head to keep it snug. You need a Mask overlay with back of the head protection. Try Purple Heart Armory. They have examples there.

Can i wear my glasses wuth these?

Yes. I wear my glasses sometimes under when practicing. Just make sure you measure your head and get the correct size.

Is this mask suitable for Longsword fencing?

That’s what I use it for. I was told by my instructor to always buy a “coaches” mask to avoid collapse. I’ve had plenty of head hits. Just a bit of chipped paint. We spar with steel practice swords.
