Convenient, Easy to Use
Very useful, easy to use product. Especially if you are to use it on back.Have used it with other body parts too. Due to folds in it, it's rather convenient.Strongly recommended.Wish they had given a cover to hold it while carrying it

Ice pack doesn't remain cold for a long time...even after putting for entire night in freezer ...it gets normal within 10 mins ... and the velcro belt is also bad quality as it doesn't stick properly... keep getting loose n open even if i tie it properly....so very bad product

Works perfectly
I use it mostly as a cold pack so it's in the freezer all the time. However the relief is real. My wife even used it as a heat pack by just putting in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and it helped her as well. So definitely recommended.
