My husband does physical work and has numerous injuries. After trying out a massage chair, he decided he wanted one. We price shopped a lot and read numerous reviews at every price point. It seemed like people listed similar pros and cons with every chair we looked at, so we went with this one as it was the least expensive we could find.In the past, my husband used to do warranty work for furniture companies. His experience with how furniture is assembled definitely gave him a huge advantage putting this chair together, it took him like 10 minutes. If I would've had to assemble it myself, it would still be in pieces. Something to keep in mind if you, like most people, have never disassembled hundreds of recliners and then put them back together.Far as the performance of the chair, he loves it. Uses it every day, and has had no complaints. He did have to experiment a lot with the settings to get it the way he wanted it, since the instructions weren't very helpful.All in all, I'm giving it 5 stars because it was so affordable compared to most others we looked at, and it works really well. I would just stress to anyone thinking of buying this that you may find assembly really frustrating, and that you'll have to be patient figuring out how to get the best use out of this chair, as the instructions don't help much. This would be a great gift or self-gift for anyone with chronic pain.

This was bought for my husband who has back problems and legs problems. It has a nice, soft vibration for his back, which loosens the muscles and relaxes him. His legs sometimes just start hurting and when he uses the leg vibrations, full feeling comes back and he can walk as normal. In addition to my husband, the grandchildren love this, it also helps as a babysitter, the children get in it, turn on the back vibration, and usually relax enough to fall asleep. Truly love this chair.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this massage chair, and it has been a total piece of garbage from the start. Assembling it was an absolute nightmare, and it took an hour to put together correctly in . Even worse, it doesn’t stay in a lounge position unless it’s actively massaging, which defeats the purpose of having a lounge feature in the first place.The timer function is another major letdown. It only allows for maximum 10,20,25, 30-minute increments before automatically shutting off and returning to the original position. This limitation is frustrating, especially when I want a longer massage session for relaxation or you would just like to sit in the chair in the lounge position. The seat is so strong and you can feel the plywood underneath the seat. I also had to use wood to keep the foot length longer because I am tall. It is a spring function, and if you fall asleep in the chair, the leg attachment will pop up and wake you, defeating the purpose of a lounger.To add insult to injury, the seller is refusing to accept returns, leaving me stuck with this subpar product. The cushioning on the seat is incredibly thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy even the brief moments of relief from the massage function.Overall, I regret buying this massage chair and would strongly advise others to steer clear of it. Save your money for a better-quality product from a reputable brand. This one is simply not worth the frustration and discomfort.

We’ve had this chair for a couple of years now and it’s still running great. We use it about 2-4 times a week and it gets the job done massaging the entire body. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn’t take that long to setup.

Pros: it’s a great massager and easy to assemble! The controls are simple and easy to use as well. It does the job great!Cons: the massager can be a little intense or might have to much pressure for the body due to lack of cushioning that it has. I have a lot more meat in my body, so it didn’t bug me. However, my father was left with bruises and it hurts. He brought separate cushions for the chair which made everything better. Which I highly recommend doing! The main reason why I’m making this 3 stars is due to shipment issues. I had this order placed in the 11th in December, and supposedly to be delivered on the 19th. This was a Christmas present for my father, his only one. I messaged the seller, saying how come it’s running late. They said it will be here on the 23rd. I’m like okay, I waited till the 23rd and nothing. I notice the Amazon tracking information was different than the ups tracking information, which the chair was coming from. It was saying on Amazon, carrier picked up and on delivery when it was never was. When I saw UPS tracking’s, it was sitting in Georgia till the 30th. I literally had to hound the seller to get my chair back. I would say the shipping should been handled better way.

Works perfectly easy to put together and for the ppl comparing the arms don’t inflate you forgot to plug that part in silly I almost forgot ! I put it together in under an hour by myself with no problem

This was better then expected , I had it put together in 1/2 hour by myself ( after working a 12 hour shift)! The massage rollers are a bit hard on the seat and back , easy fix just get 2 medium to thin cushions .I’ve recommended this chair to 3 people in 2 days .The cost is much lower than other models . It’s simple to operate , get in and out of , 10 /10 would buy again!
