The board is too high (even without the blue disc). It is difficult to sit on it for a long time, as a result the blood supply is broken at the whole body, my feet became numb very fast when I was sitting on the board and the back became overloaded. I cannot use the board unfortunately, despite its high price. In this case we can say, for sure, that there is no correspondance between price and quality of the good. I am very dissapointed with my experience. It may even become dangerous to life for these reasons.
