This strikingly beautiful doll is richly dressed as a sixteenth century Portuguese princess. She comes in a box with an informative historical background where she is named "Infanta", says "Adeus" for goodbye as the Portuguese ships depart on great explorations, and is described in a court context of jousts and lutes. In sum, this doll rates top in educational value. Of particular note is also her fun value, both as an enjoyable toy and an ornamental item. It's not for the very young child - on the box recommended for after four years of age. I would say from four to adulthood and beyond. It will make a charming gift for girls of all ages!

Most Beautiful Doll!
My best friend loved this doll which I bought for her Birthday. Wonderful, rich fabric and lovely, expressive face. Has a Franco Zeffirelli “Juliet” feel to her, but with curly/wavy hair.
