The product was purchased for my sister, so I'm unable to give the reviews. Sorry.

The powder does not dissolve fully in water, some sand like sentiments in the remains.

इस प्रोडक्ट मे कुछ रेत मिली हुई है तथा इस पाउडर में जामुन के कच्चे बीजों को पीसकर बनाया गया है जिससे इसमें वह टेस्ट नहीं आ पा रहा जो आना चाहिए अतः कंपनी को चूर्ण बनाते समय जामुन के बीजों को पूर्ण रूप से सुखा कर उसकी मिट्टी को हटाकर बनाना चाहिए

Seems like sand mixed. Not recommend. I threw the whole powder.

The seeds of the jamun dried and powdered is good for diabetics. Jamun seeds contain alkaloids which convert starch into energy reducing the stress on pancreas for the need of more insulin secretion ultimately keeping the blood sugar levels in control.
