Cho-Pat Large Black Bicep-Tricep Cuff

Ordered it, received it quickly from Amazon, then returned it right away. It has zero stretch. I ordered the perfect size. It has a snug fit, but it goes over the bicep no problem as long as my arm is straight so the bicep isn't flexed. The straps allow you to tighten for compression, but since nothing stretches it doesn't allow for any movement and just cuts off blood flow to the rest of your arm. It's like wearing a couple of fully inflated blood pressure cuffs.

Working as advertised, I tore my tricep and this has been a great tool in my recovery. Be careful when measuring and if you are in between go with the size up.

I ordered this item having read and taken to heart all of the feedback other purchasers had provided. I did as many had suggested and bought the size smaller than the one I calculated based on the sizing chart provided. But, while the "one size down" approach worked in principle, it still wasn't enough to make the UNRETURNABLE item functional for me. The length of the device is too long for my upper arm :-( Others had reported that issue in their comments. But, being a man of average height, I didn't expect to experience it myself :-( My recommendation: don't buy this unless you are over 6 feet tall.

I like this product but after purchasing the length is longer than was stated in the picture. It is not fit a person with shorter arms. If I would have noticed that you cannot return or even replace with a different item from the website I would have not purchased it. Very disappointed
