When I suffered a tear in my upper bicep muscle I knew right away it wasn't a small one by the indented look of it at the location of the cramping pain. I quickly wrapped the lower section of the bicep with the only thing I could find which was a gauze wrap to allow the muscle to be held upwards to keep the tissue together. I ordered the Featol because it had independent lower and upper tension control which I imagined would be better. I ordered it within hours of my mishap (lifting my motorcycle) and got it the next day which was nice. It worked perfectly in my particular case because it allowed for a snugger lower bicep wrap to keep the muscle up so it could knit better, while at the same time allowed to keep it much less snug at the top which was needed because of swelling in the injury area. It was comfortable and I was able to sleep with it on. Over the next few days I gradually snugged up the top more as the reduced swelling allowed. The bruising from the tear showed up on day three. I probably got lucky on this one but the Featol worked great and I give it full credit. Designed well. I'll be wearing it it for awhile when I need to do any lifting.

This product is excellent!! I have been experiencing excruciating pain in my biceps from lifting during care giving. I ordered this brace and received it 2days ago and the pain immediately subsided and relief was great. I highly recommend this product!

I have to have this for a previously broken arm. It is the first upper arm brace I've had that I can put on by myself. It works well supporting my arm which is weak at times. It's well priced and seems well made.

Good product. Easy to put on… once you figure it out.😊 it helps restrict the triceps muscle from tightening and cramping.

Very difficult to put on it's not like you're putting it around you calf or your thigh Will you have two hands to work with putting this around your upper bicep with your left hand is almost impossible it just keeps on slipping you have to put on something around your arm first to keep the sleeve from slipping it usually ends up around my elbow but once you can get it on it does work I have pain in my bicep area and it just gets worse when I try to get it on this compression sleeve needs some work on it so would it be easier to get on

They are durable and good size

Got this for a friend who tore her bicep and can't get into a specialist for a while. She continues to work as a server so her arm is getting HEAVY use. She said this brace is a lifesaver and keeps her pain to a bearable level. She's a tiny woman, maybe 5'2" and her upper arm is about the size of my forearm, but the SMALL size works perfect on her, even over a thin cardigan. She's able to move freely with it on, and IMMEDIATELY felt relief when we got it moved to just the right position. Highly recommend this for anyone suffering from bicep issues.
