How can size be 4 inches less deep than others, and still hold 3.5c/f unless insulation is poor ?

Freezer died within 2 1/2 months

Edit: Died in 2 months. Compressor ran constantly and temp couldn't keep any cooler than ambient temperatures. Tons of condensation and about $300 worth of food was ruined. Reached out to the seller and was pleasantly surprised by how well they handled it. They sent a replacement that seems to be working well so far
