I actually had a small leak where a quick connector joins the control box. I contacted Krause customer support and they reacted instantly with replacement parts. Truly exceptional customer service!

Was worried about the installation as I'd never had a touch style faucet. Fortunately, it was an easy installation that took no longer than a standard faucet. It's been working fine since I installed it.

I purchased this faucet end of November of 2023 around the Holidays. It was a busy time for everyone . My neighbor was not able to install the faucet until February. I hardly used the kitchen faucet I do not cook much and I am one person household. It barely lasted 3 months with minimum use. Just stopped working. I changed the batteries and did all these problem solving the manufacture suggested. It leaks water in main censor box clearly a defect the manufacture knows about because I learned after the fact from other reviews. This faucet has no wat to by pass the censor to have it operate manual what a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY TIME AND MATERIAL Lesson learned did not see it was a highly returnable item and it’s an item that has to come with that many problem solving suggestions from the manufacture. buyer beware. I did not but the warranty and even if I did not sure how good the warranty would be. There is so much on a web page description with Amazon products Im learning the hard way what to look for on all products when it comes to items being highly returned ,not refunded or returnable at all.

Very nice modern faucet with steady or shower stream and removable head. I think because it is slim the power or force of the water is improved. Works perfectly and good value for the price.

I previously had a touch facet I really loved but it's time was up after a couple years.The closest item I found to it was this one based on looks and was the best for its cost.I purchased the wrong size at first so make sure you measure your space before purchasing and if you plan on purchasing the touch or no touch feature.**Touch feature turn on is immediate but the turn off is delayed which is a little annoying for me. Because it's delayed sometimes I will think I didn't turn it off, and tap it again. I also like that you can tap this sink from anywhere.During the installation, there is one piece, that once it's installed, cannot be taken apart. We've emailed customer service for help but didn't provide us answers that we needed and ended up forcing it apart and returning.It's sleek, and the pressure is great.Over all, it's an okay sink if you don't mind the delayed turn off.

Sensor works well but my complaint is that when you turn it to spray, it won't switch back to regular running water. You have to mess with it by pulling it all the way down and return it multiple times to get it to stop spraying part way. It very annoying.

I bought this specifically because it has the touch feature. I don’t like the touchless because I find them unreliable and frustrating. Well turns out this faucet is more unreliable and frustrating. I’ll start with the instructions, I’m really shocked a company like Kraus provides such awful instructions with their faucets. They look like instructions you’d receive with a $20 faucet straight from China that will have more lead and other toxic chemicals come out of it than water. Seriously, I had to triple check the instructions weren’t swapped out by accident. The illustrations are blurry so you can’t see detail on the way things go together and their steps just not there, really!! They literally just left out steps of how to install the touch function assembly and you’re left to just figure it out. This is all the more frustrating because the touch function doesn’t work right out the box and you’re left wondering if it’s the parts left up to you to figure out because Kraus decided to include incomplete instructions. Very angering that the reason I bought this faucet and it doesn’t work and I tried everything possible over hours to get it functional. So I emailed Kraus and without even asking me details they said they know what’s defective and that as soon as I registered it with them they’d mail me out the upgraded part. That tells be they brought a defective and flawed product to market and it’s going to be an inconvenience, hassle, and timely ordeal to get it to work they way it should. Sorry Kraus but I won’t support brands with such inferior QA and product development. The only positive thing I can comment on is the spot resistant stainless finish. It’s very nice and easy to keep clean, but unfortunately that’s it. Buy this faucet if you like, but I don’t recommend it.
