Great product and great value. Easy to replace. Good quality water and air filters.

Filter is fine. Fits & works well. The only thing is there was a flyer inside saying they had included a RESET TOOL to use if the filter would not install due to a manufacturing problem with the refrigerator causing the central manifold to misalign. There was no tool with my shipment. I am very happy everything went well & I didn’t need it.

Good filter, no issue on LG install, but air filters don't fit my fridge
These installed and worked perfectly fine, seem close to the LG original, but just alot cheaper. I had no issues installing in my newer model fridge, unlike what some have said about it not fitting the connector properly - that must be some specific older model, these fit fine without any manual adjustments. They do give you a tool to reset the connector (turn it if needed), but didn't need it. After flushing the water was good quality. About the same TDS rating showed on my meter as the original LG one when new.The air filters they provide however, did not fit my LG fridge properly. So didn't use them. LG send me an app notification that I could request a new filter as something wasn't right about the installed one, so waiting for that to show up. Filter is fine for now.
