No there is no water, 100% acetone, it works really well

Does this thin out gel polish? I can't find an actual gel polish thinner so wondered if this would or what i need to do so?🤷🏻♀️

No , I find if you put your polish in a cup of hot water for a about a minute it helps

Does this remove biab gel nails?

Never used biab but it removes the gel I have. It doesn't seem as strong as the stuff salons use but if you file the gel a bit to rough it up, stick them in and be patient it will work.
