Reduced Quality
Just bought another one of these. I bought an identical Petmate 13 years ago. Although the new one is the same shape, design and size, the quality is noticeably poorer. I was delighted with the strong rigidity of the old one (given to a relative for his new dog). Then I needed another one for a flight but mildly disappointed with the finish of the new one. I does the job but…. :(

Great kennel, no handle
I purchased the kennel for 30-50 lbs and my 30lb Portuguese Water Dog puppy (7 months) fits in there with a little extra space to grow. Good to know that there's no handle on this size kennel. Doesn't impact my satisfaction because it would be to heavy for me to carry that way anyways. Shipping was pretty quick. I used it for air travel with no issues, but not sure if some airlines require the handle.

Found damaged when putting it together.
Plastic has a crack in it: box seemed ok; so not sure if done on delivery: will be returning

Badly damaged out of the box
It came badly scratched out of the box with no damage to the box and it’s too late for me to return it as I need it now for a trip
