I like the fact that it is a tasty, chewable supplement. Since I have only taken it for a week or so, i cannot give an opinion on its benefits yet. However, i am glad that the expiry date of the vitamins is in early 2023. The previous K2D3 supplement (another brand) that was shipped to me in Hong Kong had only a few months of shelf life left. ! When I tried to make a complaint, I was asked to send photos of the bottle etc. My point is that. It is important NOT to sell health products that expire so soon!

It went smooth and no taste

If you have low vitamin D due to VDR TAQ, this will bump your levels up. It may require 2 tablets per day. But check with your dr and monitor your blood levels. Great product!
