I've only used this for about a week. For the first 2 days I had heartburn that lasted all day after the enemas. I decreased from 3 T. to 2 T. and the heartburn stopped. However, it does seem to mess with my sleep and I am experimenting with different dosages to get the right one for me. Looks like it's going to be less than 1 T. But that's just me--I'm very sensitive to caffeine. Other than that, I like that this is mold-free and pure--that gives me peace of mind since I am treating candida and parasites. I like using it and I feel good during the day after using it, I just need to tweek it for the buzz I don't want.

I bought PureLife coffee because my Naturopath recommended it. Will buy again because it works!! Doing detoxing due to a cancer diagnosis, today it pulled flukes out of my liver...it is gentle enough that I don't cramp but strong enough to do the job. Highly recommend.

It is my third package, I keep it in the freezer and I have never seen any mold. Great quality, perfect for the enemas. You can have many enemas done with one of this package, I will buy again, of course.
