Does what it is supposed to do
All good. Perfect for hanging my punchbag which is exactly what I bought it for. So I have no complaints at all.

Boxing bag wall Bracket
Arrived on time. Easy to assemble and attach to the wall . Feel that the screws may not be sturdy enough to support the bag when being punched ... time will tell.!!Seems good value and a quality product . Fits well on garage wall.

Weak Frame and Even Worse Fixtures
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment with this product. If I wasn’t too bothered to take it apart and return it, I would have. The fixtures weren’t long enough, one of the washers didn’t fit the screw, and the frame has a noticeable flex that doesn’t seem right. I regret not spending a bit more on something sturdier.

Sturdy, easy install, looks great!
The Athletics Gear Punch Bag Bracket proved the ideal solution to my speed ball needs... The product looks great in matt black, was a dream to install (make sure you are using a strong brick or stone wall!) and suspends the speed ball perfectly for ready training. All this and an affordable priced compared to other suppliers - Definitely recommend!

3 for trying
Bracket is good but the fixings are pants if I'm honest. It fell off the wall yesterday after lasting 24hours. I'm hoping I can find better wall plugs and screws to fit the already drilling holes? The wall plugs that come with it are of smooth textures so we're always going to come out. Bracket good, fixings are not.

Very robust bracket… for the user, it’s all about a firm fixture to the wall.
The larger bracket is a very robust construction. Eight fixture points and an angled support gives it inherently strong geometry. Minor grumble: it lacks an instruction/advice leaflet for the DIY novice like me - basic things like drill bit size, need to drill pilot hole, how to handle different wall tropes etc. Also it’s not that clear what to do with the fixture on the end of the bracket - should it be tightened or left to rotate, or if that’s a choice what are the pros and cons.

Good quality bracket but use your own rawl plugs.
Appears to be good quality steel bracket only issue being that the provided wall plugs are poor quality and should probably be substituted with your own for an easier install.
