Excellent for people who can't use common form of magnesium
My son is very sensitive to sulphides, which is the form of magnesium in Epson salts...but getting magnesium transdermally is optimum so this product fits the bill as its magnesium chloride. He said it was "awesome" and he felt better and slept better immediately after one bath!

Great for detox baths
I so regular detox baths. I bought these on a great sale. I do believe the detox baths help with pain but not sure I can quantify it. I generally feel better when I do at least one detox bath a week. I prefer a smaller flake (these are quite large...so you need more to get the same dilution)...but they still work.
