Wished I had bought another brand.
Latch mechanism sticks up higher than the top of the top bracket and does not allow the seat to release. Very stiff and does not rotate very well at all for us.. I bought this specifically to be able to easily remove the seat but this product failed us. Does not work Very well for us at all

You’d value for the price
As I did, you may need to make a modification to the top panel to allow the locking lever to fully engage. Just cut away a small area. Only took a minute and was easy to do. Otherwise the level won’t fully engage and lock the two pieces together. Depends on the seat style your attaching it to. Otherwise it works great and is easy to slide the two pieces together.

You have to buy longer screws to mount a seat or it won’t release to take seat off!!!!
Was nothing at all what I expected! Doesn’t stay locked half the time. Hard to turn while sitting on it! Would not recommend any one buy it!!!!!!!!!
