This pillow is not a gimmick and I am really very surprised.It is a weirdly shaped pillow that offers incredible support for your neck and head while you sleep.I have tried everything from rolled up towels ( recommended by physical therapists) of varying sizes, memory foam styled pillows from a wide range of companies. Natural pillows like buckwheat that were touted to conform to your cervical spine and cranium.Absolutely nothing was effective in cradling the neck and head properly during sleep.That is until Elviros.This sculpted memory foam pillow actually cradles my neck in place during sleep . No sagging or overextended positions that were causing headaches and migraine flare ups.The pillow has gentle slopes and valleys sculpted into the surface intended to cradle your head and neck while you sleep on your side or back. It appears it can be used for stomach sleeping but this looks uncomfortable in my opinion.The pillow case is zippered and remove-able for washing. I personally use a standard sized mulberry silk pillowcase over the whole Elviros pillow. It’s good for hair and skin.Using a separate pillowcase over the pillow will extend the life of the product and keep it clean.The only drawback of the pillow : it is extremely firm for petite people.For reference I am 5’3” 109 lbs , assuming my head is proportional(haha) in weight and size to the rest of my body. The pillow often feels much harder than traditional memory foam with very little give. Sleeping on my side the pressure on my cheek and jaw can feel a bit too firm and intense at times.Perhaps it will soften up a bit more with use.EDIT:August 22 2021This is my 2nd pillow. For whatever reason, possibly a different batch , this pillow is significantly softer than the first purchase.It still has plenty of support and the quality of sleep is outstanding. The firmness level is jussst right.

I ordered this pillow in 2021 and it was perfect. Unfortunately, my cat pissed on it recently and I had to get rid of it. I ordered the exact same pillow, from the same seller that I ordered it from in 2021. I am very disappointed. The pillow is flat and offers zero support.

This pillow is so small. It has flattened out after 1 week of use. My neck and shoulders do feel better. I recommend ordering the king size as I'm sure that is what is shown in the picture.

I'm a side sleeper with scoliosis. My neck and shoulder is always in pain. I was skeptical especially since I just returned the my pillow and the purple pillow. This pillow is a good pillow. It keeps your head in place and my pain started to go away. Last night I slept with the pillow upside-down and it tweaked my neck pretty bad. I'm going to give this pillow a few more days. Hopefully the pain will go away. If not I will be looking for something bigger. It's a good size for a smaller head.The king is bigger but maybe too big for me also the small is firmer. The king is much softer. More squishy. I almost want to try the Queen size pillow it might be just right.

So just for context, I am someone that takes the care of my spine seriously and while I don’t have any medical concerns regarding my spine I do monthly chiropractic visits.I wanted to find a pillow that would be supportive as I am a side sleeper and often have tension due to my position while sleeping. Though I was not convinced this would be a good fit I decided to try it. When I took it out the package I was worried it would not be fluffy/thick enough however it’s just right. Not too think and not too thin. I am surprised at how much comfort it’s provided. It’s also comfortable when laying on my back and I can feel the support /stretch to my neck while laying on my back. It’s cool too. I do recommend it.
