EMKE Backlit Illuminated Bathroom Mirror with Shaver Socket 500x700 mm, Wall Mounted Multifunction LED Bathroom Vanity Mirror with Touch Switch, Demister Pad and 3x Magnifier [Vertical]

I was in search of a mirror, the Bluetooth EMKE mirror was a perfect size, had the advantage of the speakers and was reasonably priced.The mirror was delivered fine and was well packaged. Installation was straightforward, with two mounting screws. I used “15mm gripit” plasterboard plugs which worked well. A cable comes out of the mirror to connect to the power supply.Unfortunately, in my case when I powered it up the lights and Bluetooth did not work. The mirror was faulty. These things happen and the true measure of a company is how they deal with problems. I contacted support and on a weekend over the Christmas holiday. I spoke with support, who were very helpful. We tried a fix with no luck and eventually, there was no alternative but to swap the mirror out.The replacement process was straightforward, they collected the broken mirror and delivered a new working one.I have been nothing but impressed with both the mirror and the customer service.A special shout out goes to Gavin from customer services who I chatted to over WhatsApp.One satisfied customer who now highly recommends EMKE products.

Well made product that looks great on the wall and has touch buttons to turn on light and Blu tooth …..plus magnifying mirror section is very useful. The speakers sound really good ( a great surprise) . Easy to fit too.

So pleased with the mirror. It has easy to use controls for the light, demister and Bluetooth speaker. Looks much more expensive than it was. My husband installed it without any issues.The backlight gives a lovely warm feeling to the bathroom and the demister section in the mirror is very effective. The speaker is a hit with my son! The magnified section is brilliant too. Highly recommend.

Easy to put up only 2 screws. 3 light settings Demister. Clock & date display. & Vanity 3x Magnifier. Speakers are sound for a bathroom. I only had 1 issue as the wire comes out the middle in the back I don't have a socket so I had to drill a small hole in the side to get the cable through as the mirror needs to be flat on the wall & I extended the cable this was easy to do just 6 screws on the back But lift carefully so as Not to pull speaker cables out. I would definitely recommend this mirror for the price

High quality mirror.

500 x 700 mirror with LED lights, demister pad, Bluetooth, 3x Magnification section and shaver socket.Received within a few days from Germany. Item extremely well packaged and protected. Opened the box to ensure all ok. Removed from outer plastic bag and mirror surface protected by a film of thin plastic. As I am not fitting it for a few days I wanted to leave the film on so carefully pulled away the top half to check surface and then put back and lifted the bottom half to check. All good - 100% perfect mirror surface.Wanted to check electrics working so connected to a plug. First thing to note is that the led light and Bluetooth touch buttons light up blue as soon as the power is connected. Not a real issue as should be connected via a switched spur outside of the bathroom anyway so could be switched off if this bothers you. I also noted the IP44 rating on the back which is comforting.Lights worked so then connected phone via Bluetooth. Sound is clear and good enough for a bathroom.My next test was to check the demist function. The instructions have 3 types of mirror and mine appears to be type 3 and there is no mention of demister function or associated button. (the specs on the back showed 18watt pad fitted). I left the LED lights on for a while and the surface started to warm so second point to note is that the demister pad is controlled by the LED light touch switch. Finally the shaver socket. I was pleasantly surprised to find the socket is a UK shaver socket. The advert mentioned an adapter would be supplied for the UK, so well pleased that this was not the case. All in all, very pleased with the product so far. Not fitted or used yet but all looks fine.

Super pleased with this but electrian didn't find it easy to install as wire directly out of middle of back and needed to make hole in wall to get connected he said other ones he has fitted has had space to accommodate this not too much of a problem as wall plaster boardBut now it's in very pleased with how it looks can't wait to try out speakers
