I've now purchased 4C Energy a few times. I looked around and some (especially pre-made) are too expensive. 4C Energy had just what I was looking for: 1) Sugar free (I'm fasting), 2) good amount of caffeine (170mg per stick, I just drink 1/2 the 16oz water bottle it recommends, making it an even better value), and 3) good value.I also, was hoping for taurine (and possibly B vitamins), which it also has. So, this was the perfect match. I also like the flavors - it has 3: Citrus, Berry, and Orange.

Excellent product, I drink half and it work well, if you need more energy or you are used to caffeine you can drink the whole packet

These are great in loaded teas I make at home! Adds a little fizz and keeps me going all day! I use about half a pack and add some other flavors, plus instant black or green tea.

This stuff is great. It tastes good, it's low-calorie and it's super cheap. Contrary to what some others are saying, 4c energy rush has 160mg of caffeine per packet (there's even a picture of two Red Bulls on the side of the box). Super portable, basically nonperishable. It dissolves better than zipfizz and doesn't leave scum on your glass. You can also get it at most grocery stores for like $4.

Bought these for my hubby, as he was tired of drinking plain water, he loved the choice of flavor, he mentioned his favorite being the berry ones. They keep him awake, as he drives. N will be ordering them again!!

The flavors are good and slightly carbonated. Since ordering these I have gone from a minimum of 10 cups of coffee weekly to maybe one or two. It has been an excellent replacement for the caffeine as well as cheaper than the “loaded teas” I’d been splurging on from specialty shops.

I work overnight 12 hour shifts as a caregiver. I have lots of down time, and get really sleepy around 3 am. These work like energy shots, but you get more hydration, plus the price point is way better.

The flavor is there but I only tasted the orange but my first reaction was orange flavored salt tasting water. I read the box several times to make sure I purchased a energy drink not a rehydration sports drink. I even tried a bigger cup that was more than a water bottle and nope...still tasted like watered down orange flavored salt tasting drink. Failed for me and I couldn't even return it. I gave it 3 stars just for the cheap price and that's it. Sorry guys...but it's my honest opinion 🤷.
