Good handles!
Great product! I had physical therapy and liked how you could use the bands for not only the physical portion required there, but also use it for resistance toning. They work just like the ones at the establishment, highly recommend them to others! 10/10!! A++

Worked well with the kit they make that includes several color tubes. Tubes tie on and stay in place. Same brand as those at the gym/ rehab facility.

just like being at physical therapy
Used this at physical therapy and when asked to do my exercises at home this made the whole process easier. I can get a good work out using the handles. Much more comfortable than just holding the bands by themselves. Definitely a must in your routine.

Handles have D rings not a buckle
I love the handles, but if you are looking for handles for the bands received in PT, you are better off with the handles that have buckles (also available on Amazon). I tried my best to attach them with the D rings, but eventually they worked their way off. With the buckles they are secure. There are no instructions on how to use either on Amazon or in the package I received. My guess is that the D ring is better for a clip on band.
