Q: Is it vegan friendly?

This used to be vegan friendly, but they seem to have changed the product and now it isnt. looks Like i have to find a new vegan lip plumper because this was a great product

Yes, the lip oil can be worn under lipstick because it is so lightweight. It also smooths lips, which improves the appearance of lipstick.Here's what Allure wrote about our using ourSculpted Lip Oil with a lipstick: "The second time, I swiped on my new favorite fall lip moisturizer, the Ogee Sculpted Lip Oil, first. The hydrating base proved to be an excellent primer for the lipstick. This time, my lips felt much more comfortable."

Q: Is the packaging Biodegradable ?

Thanks for reaching out! Our outer packaging is printed on recycled paperboard. While the current Lip Oil tube is not recyclable, it is BPA free. We are currently working to source a more eco-friendly and sustainable tube for this incredible product! However, we have found that other materials that seem to be more eco-friendly are actually composed of mix of materials and are, therefore also not recyclable. We have also worked extensively with local and national recyclers and found that items as small as our Sculpted Lip Oil are generally not recyclable at sort facilities. One comfort that we can share, is that our product is actually certified organic and the greatest impact to the environment from consumer goods occurs at the raw material input phase. Since our ingredients are farmed and processed without the use of harsh pesticides and other toxic chemicals, and also by using eco-friendly inputs such as fermentation and natural colorants, our customers like yourself are doing a great service to the environment when you select OGEE products!
