Considering the price of cedar shoe trees this is a good buy. They smell great and the large fits my mens 10.5 size shoes nicely. Something I picked up on while trying to figure out which tree was for the right and left shoes. When I first received them I saw a stamped letter L at the bottom of all the trees. My first thought was that the sent me 6 left footed shoe trees. The seller told me that the L was for the size large but he never told me how to determine which tree was for what shoe.Trying to visually figure out the difference in the trees is difficult. Then I noticed that the letter L that was stamped at the bottom of each tree was either on the left side or right side, and this is the manufacturer's was of letting us know if it's a right or left tree. They could have made of made it easier and spent the extra half a cent to actually stamp and R & L on the trees but I suppose some people just don't put that much thought into the products and customers. Anyhow, they're good shoe trees at a good price.

I wear 11M an XL fits, but still not as tight as I'd like. I had to return the L as they fell into the shoe. The manufacturer would be well served by placing a size chart in the description.

I have too many dress shoes for a guy! Bought some more of these shoe trees to replace some old ones, and ensure that all my shoes have these. I learned a long time ago from a mentor, that it's important to buy really good quality shoes, and to take care fo them. They can last a life time if you take care of them.

Wood was completely split on one shoe tree. Requested $13 refund from vendor. Radio silence. Visibly defective products should not leave warehouse.

seems durable so far and the action in and out has been a treat...a lot of the cedar shoe trees are hard to get into position but the front and the back move freely and I will for sure be ordering more...

These are not the HUGEST of all XL shoe trees: they won't stretch your leather like some other XL shoe trees. However, they are very nice, made of porous, solid, freshly-carpentered cedar. And the price is remarkable. I'd recommend them. I wear almost exclusively Allen Edmonds dress-shoes and these are very nice with them, to keep their shapes.

The XL size fits perfectly in my size 12 shoes. My initial impression is that these are well made and should perform well.

These shoe trees were exactly as advertised. The XL fit my size 12 shoes perfectly. I have read the reviews about the trees being too small, but that was not the situation at all with the ones I received.The price was a bargain.
