Q: Is the bottom leather or not?

The bottom is not leather, it is fabric. This isn’t any leather on mine, just plastic, fabric and some netting. Did not buy it expecting it to have leather parts.

Q: Is the case a netting or is there plastic over the netting on the rose gold organizer?

There is a think layer of PVC plastic under the netting. So the brushes touch the plastic and not the netting.
