I screwed this into a cleanout right above my septic tank and inflated it to the required 35 PSI. I filled the drains with water. It stopped the flow of water and revealed 2 leaks which needed to be repaired. I'm so glad I took the time to test the drain before I started using it.

Easy to use. Works perfectly.
For plumbing rough inspection. I used one for 3" test T. Pumped at 40 PSI and did both air test at 5 PSI and water test. Air test didn't show any leak. I cannot tell if the water was leaking through the bulb for water test, but it was holding the water from the basement to the top of the roof(about 40' height) with no problem. Only one min to set it up. Well made excellent product.
